Picnic at playland

Important Notice for Teachers and School Staff

This year, we've transitioned the Playland Picnic application process to an online format for greater efficiency.

For the Student Profile section (using only first names for privacy) in the form, please prepare your brief descriptions of challenges faced by EACH student in advance as a single document in one of these accepted formats: .docx, .doc, .pdf, or .txt. Having it ready will make the upload quick and seamless during submission. You can have a simple list or table with each student's first name followed by bullet points of their key challenges/diagnosis.

Please note, we are limited to the number of children we can accommodate.  This day is intended for children whose challenges would inhibit their enjoyment at Playland with the general public.  Please make requests reasonable. 

Application deadline is April 10th, 2026 and selected schools will be notified by email April 30th, 2026.
